Spring is in the air!!

Hi y'all,

The leaves are falling and the rain in pouring and the Anthropology Club is off to a good start with activities for the coming year. We have Professor talks planned for the coming year, student field school presentations, trip to see Lucy in Seattle and the Hoko trip in the Spring. Check in with us for other activities, or email us with ideas or questions. We look forward to an amazing year!

What is the Anthropology Club?
The Anthropology Club is a group of students and faculty who promote interest in the discipline of Anthropology. We plan and promote speakers, trips, and events which relate to all of the subdivisions within Anthropology.

Our main event for every year is the planning and hosting of our Anthropology Conference to be held in May in conjunction with Scholar's Week.

When and Where are the meetings?
Meetings times vary, but they are usually held in the Anthropology Lounge, AH 3rd floor. Check out the Upcoming Meetings page to see when our next meeting is.

Can anyone be involved?
Yes! Anyone with the slightest interest in Anthro or its related sub-disciplines can come to the meetings and the events we organize. We welcome undergrads, grad students, faculty, alumni, folks yet undecided, your kids, your family, your neighbors ...

Can I still be involved if I can't come to the meetings?
Yes! Check out the the Upcoming Events page, and join the list serve for emails about the club's goings-ons.
