  • The Editor's primary job is to create a newsletter at least once per quarter to be distributed to Beta Alpha Psi members and the Accounting Faculty.

  • The National Beta Alpha Psi By-Laws require that each chapter have an elected Executive Committee.
  • The Executive Committee for this chapter consists of the elected Beta Alpha Psi Officers.
  • The Executive Committee has the power to act in all matters except:
  • The above actions require the action of the Beta Alpha Psi membership.
  • All actions taken by the Executive Committee shall be reported to the members at the next regular chapter meeting.

    From the CHAPTER BY-LAWS, Beta Alpha Psi, WWU Theta Phi Chapter

    The President (or the President's designate) shall conduct the election in the following manner:

    All votes for a candidate will be cast by silent vote or secret ballot and the candidate shall be elected by a majority of the vote’s cast.
