Devon A. Cancilla, Ph.D.
 Devon Cancilla is
the Director of Scientific Technical Services
(SciTech) at Western Washington University. He also holds an appointment as an Associate Professor in
the Department of Environmental Science at Western's
Huxley College of the Environment .
BackgroundDevon Cancilla received his Ph.D. in Environmental Health Sciences from UCLA's School of Public Health where he specialized in environmental chemistry. Following his degree, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of chemistry at the University of Western Ontario where he was involved in the design of expert systems for the analysis of environmental contaminants.He received a general studies degree, general science, and master's degree from the University of Iowa.
