 to the Black Student Union website! The BSU is an organization of the Ethnic Student Center of Western Washington University. With unique events, fundraising, educational programs, and community service, we are proud to be making Black History - one moment at a time. We hope to make this website a valuable resource for Western Students and the Bellingham Community.
We meet every Thursday @ 5:00 pm in Viking Union 464. All are welcome!
 , the members of the Black Student Union of Western Washington University, work to encourage growth in the awareness, knowledge and numbers of African Americans on this campus. Along with these goals, we agree to promote peace, attempt to establish an understanding of the African American culture and extend open arms to students, faculty and staff of all ethnic backgrounds. Overall, we will always attempt to encourage the dreams, goals and missions of this organization and it's members by supporting them and providing opportunities for them to stay focused and culturally enriched. These are the goals of the Black Student Union, and we pursue them with integrity and enthusiasm.
