I used to teach students with emotional problems, catch rattle snakes, swim with sharks, confront large bears, fly airplanes in Alaska, race motor cycles and hang out with a lot of very strange people. I am currently a professor in the Department of Special Education at Western
Washington University. The motorcycles, bears and airplanes are gone. However, given our faculty, I still hang out with very strange people.
