Good Comment Writing Tips
1. Give some compliments but don't just say how good the memo is. Give some suggestions on how they can improve.
2. Longer does not mean better. Keep comments to the point and avoid talking about yourself too much.
3. Ask questions of the writer. Is there anything they said that is unclear or that you would like to know more about?
4. If you give a memo a 5, justify it. Don't just say "Good job". Give specific examples.
5. Avoid general statements like "what I learned section needs improvement". Tell them how to improve it.
