There seems to be some confusion regarding the format of the weekly memos. We suggested using bulleted lists in the memo, but you don't necessarily have to organize every section using lists and bullets. The Goals for Last Week and Goals for Next Week sections seem to lend themselves nicely to bulleted lists and the What I Did Section may be a candidate for using a list as well. However, don't feel that you have to break paragraphs apart and make them into lists. If you feel more comfortable writing in paragraphs, write in paragraphs. Please don't grade down other memos on the lack or presence of lists. However, if you feel that a memo you read would communicate ideas more effectively in list format, then include that as a suggestion. Sorry about the confusion.
