2) Click on Save as HTML.  A window will appear like the one below. Notice that on the bottom line in the Save as type drop down box, the type is HTML Document. If the Save as HTML option did not appear in your File drop down menu in Step 1, you should choose Save As and then manually change the Save as type when this window appears by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the drop down box and choosing HTML Document.  Now, enter the file name you wish to save your document as in the File name box and then click the Save button.

3)  HTML does not support all the formatting features available in Word, so your document may now appear differently than before.  Look your document over and make changes as necessary.  You may notice problems with your bulleted lists and also the memo template box where Experience Based Inc. use to be is gone.  It will take some working with the first time, but you can alter your document to look right.  For the template, simply move Memo down one line and enter Experience Based Inc. by hand, then right justify it and pick an appropriate size (24 pt.).  Your document is now saved as html and can be displayed as a web page.  Attach it to an e-mail message or save it on a floppy disk and send it to communications.  For information on sending attachments using Pine click here.
