· Reading groups:

Group memos for Diad, Control, and Planning groups completed.

One of the learning report copies is evaluated by SM or JM. Graded based on what an "ideal’ memo would like.

· Effectiveness group:

Presentation on the purpose of a manager, effective v. efficient managers, and the learning cycle.
