If you have never encountered Scottish Country
Dancing and have no idea what it is like, you may find yourself instinctively
wary of it because it includes the words "Country" and "Dancing". Be not afraid!
Scottish Country Dancing is neither frightening nor humiliating.
Rather, it is fun and energetic, evokes frequent smiles, and is something
you can do with as few as four people.
