Annual Snowboarding-Group Bonding at Mt. Baker January weekend 11th to
13th costs To Be Announced (Food is included with price which is going
to be discussed at next meeting Tuesday November 20th)
****VSA Funds #1 VSA (events/activities/parties/food/etc.), #2 *~*New
this year a VSA Scholarship, #3 Fundraising to support Orphanage, #3
Fundraiser to support people who have been affected by the bridge
collapse.
However before the donations can be sent the Proposal Letter will have
to be written. Logistic and Research takes time so for now it's just
Bake Sales but please bring Your Ideas of fundraising events.
BREAKING NEWS The VSA Scholarship is in need of extra funds (enough to
be at $2,000). Otherwise its goodbye scholarship for future students
and WE DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN! There's a Bowlathon To Be Announced,
it's a Bowling night, the number of pins knocked down = certain amount
of $ money pledged (or just a flat rate donation).
Also other fundraising events TBA (Bake Sales, Movie Nights, etc.)
*The ESC Steering Committee promised (for all ESC Scholarships) to
match $3 for every $1 VSA fund raises. (Currently around $240
scholarship total)
Just keep in mind that we will start planning the Spring Festival (for
May) at Winter Quarter
