Club President Kimberly Barry
Duties include:
  • Lead and organize all meetings
  • Make sure chapter is fulfilling goals
  • Keeping everyone on track
  • Ensuring officers are meeting requirements
  • Delegating responsibilities accordingly
  • Planning executive retreat
  • Includes implications of being affiliated with the university
  • Mediator with intra and inter group relations
  • Networking among student groups & community resources
  • Work with publicity on Social Marketing Campaigns
  • Be aware of all university policies
  • In charge of scheduling
  • Write monthly newsletter
  • Keep all members updated on events and group happenings via e-mail
  • In charge of official e-mail account

Vice-President & Publicity Lacey Buhman
Duties include:
  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • In charge of social marketing campaigns
  • In charge of distribution
  • Work closely with recruitment
  • Write press releases
  • Maintain contact with local media
  • Put together media packets
  • Help President with monthly newsletter and e-mail updates
  • Establish relationship with staff and faculty at WWU

Budget Authority Kasie Geschke
Duties include:
  • Type up/take minutes
  • Submit minutes to all members
  • Keep a copy of all records
  • Alumni members
  • Current
  • Associate members
  • Maintaining file cabinet
  • Keep liability waivers
  • Send out records when requested
  • Keep meticulous track of budget
  • Reports at each meeting
  • Aware of all financial regulations/policies

Volunteer & Recruitment Coordinator Cherity Smythe
Duties include:
  • Keep track of volunteer hours
  • In charge of volunteer applications
  • In charge of getting liability waivers
  • Must make sure all documents go to Secretary/Treasurer
  • Establish relationship in Bellingham area
  • Act as representative to hospitals, businesses, and school departments during all programs and when establishing initial contact
  • Head of service projects
  • Delegate volunteer tasks accordingly
  • Supervise all volunteer activities
  • Organize financial matters surrounding recruitment
  • Help organize and run recruitment meetings

Fundraising & Outreach Coordinator Angi Weston
Duties include:
  • Work closely with Volunteer Coordinator on
  • Service projects
  • Volunteer activities
  • Brainstorm ideas for fundraising/outreach
  • Plan social events
  • Put Prize Plan into action
  • Network within community to find possible financial donors
  • Build club support in the business environment
  • In charge of money collection and getting money to treasurer
  • Organize refreshments for meetings
  • Work closely with President in planning events
